Reconstruction of the Palace of Culture Miner in the City of Erdenet

The primary purpose of the diploma project is to create an interior design concept for the Palace of Culture “Miner” in the city of Erdenet. The project had the following objectives: to study the experience of Soviet architects in the design of cultural buildings; to analyze the design principles and planning approaches utilized in cultural edifices; to locate and study the original documentation of the building; to create general plans in AutoCAD; to make renders of interiors in 3ds Max. The diploma project includes planning and zoning solutions, as well as visualizations of the interior of the Palace of Culture. Utilizing both 2D and 3D software, the project aims to propose a comprehensive and progressive approach to the revitalization of this cultural landmark.
