The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between tolerance to uncertainty (TTU) and perceived transformational leadership in an organizational setting, as well as to consider the role of work experience as a moderating factor. During the study, MSTAT questionnaires were used to measure TTU and MLQ to assess perceived leadership style. The sample included 200 employees from various companies. The results of the correlation analysis showed that the overall connection between TTU and transformational leadership was not significant. However, a moderate positive correlation was found between TTU and the "individualized consideration" component of transformational leadership. This result emphasizes the importance of leaders' individualized approach in the process of adapting employees to conditions of uncertainty. Regression analysis confirmed these findings, indicating the potentially important role of leaders who apply an individualized approach in enhancing the level of tolerance to uncertainty among subordinates.
