The work aims to study the problem of the lack of a methodology for developing a professional competence model for training logisticians of the planning function. The aim is to develop a professional competence model for training logisticians of the planning function, the implementation of which will be cost-effective for the FMCG sector company. The object is a methodology for the development and practical implementation of a professional competence model for training logisticians of the planning function. The subject of the study is an assessment of methods and means of implementing the logistics training model of the planning function in the company under study. The structure of the work includes an introduction, three sections (the first section analyzes the company under study, its logistics activities, and assesses the need to develop a model; the second section includes a study of scientific literature on the topic of research; the third section develops a professional competence model for training logisticians planning functions for the company under study and evaluates its effect), conclusion, a list of sources used.
