Mechanisms of protection of the constitutional right to housing applied in bankruptcy

The research is devoted to the study of mechanisms of protection of the constitutional right to housing applied in bankruptcy. The author refers to two mechanisms: the exclusion of the only housing of a debtor from the bankruptcy estate and the transfer of property and obligations of a developer to public-law companies. The author reveals the problematics of protection of the right to housing in extraordinary conditions, reveals the role of public-law regulation in the private-law institution of bankruptcy.
