Qualitative research tools, such as surveys and questionnaires, allow us to delve deeper into the issues of professional competencies of managers. Quantitative analysis based on statistical methods allows you to test hypotheses and identify statistical relationships between competencies and project success. The work is also devoted to the study of the influence of professional competencies of managers on the success of project implementation using the example of Orgsintez OJSC. In the context of the economic crisis of an enterprise, the study shows that financial results directly depend on the implementation of company projects. Technical and management competencies have the greatest impact on project success, while communication and leadership competencies have a lesser impact. Based on the analysis, practical recommendations were developed for developing the technical and managerial competencies of project managers, including master classes, concluding partnership agreements, participating in professional events and conducting trainings. The proposed recommendations are considered cost-effective and can provide long-term growth in productivity and profit of the enterprise.
