Contracts Concluded Remotely: Regulation and Implementation

This research is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of contracts concluded remotely. In the modern economy, the conclusion of contracts using remote means is becoming increasingly common, due to the development of information technology and the desire of participants in transactions to minimize time and financial costs. The regulation of remote contracting is a complex set of legal norms that adapt traditional principles of contract law to the realities of the digital age. The lack of comprehensive theoretical research in this area, weak legal regulation lead to many problems in the regulation of civil law relations arising from contracts concluded remotely. The thesis provides a detailed analysis of the concept of contracts concluded remotely, defines the classification of such contracts, examines the evolution of legislative regulation, reveals the system of legal requirements and restrictions in the implementation of such contracts, analyzes the legal status and specifics of the responsibility of participants in relations arising from contracts concluded remotely. As a result of the conducted research, an idea of the essence of contracts concluded remotely was formed, a possible formulation of the concept of "contract concluded remotely" was proposed, criteria for classification were analyzed, existing judicial practice and current legal regulation were analyzed, and its shortcomings were identified. This research consists of an introduction, two chapters, three paragraphs each, a conclusion and a bibliographic list.
