Automation of Company Processes Using a Corporate Messenger

In this work, the objective was set in designing a mobile personal account based on a corporate messenger. In the first chapter the market of unified technologies, corporate messengers was investigated. In the second chapter the architecture of the enterprise - the customer, for which the mobile personal cabinet is designed, was analysed. Also, the requirements to the corporate messenger were formulated and a study was conducted on the compliance of the requirements and functionality of the Express messenger. The third chapter analysed the company processes that should be in the mobile personal account, formulated the current problems of the processes, described the results of modernisation of these processes for the mobile personal account based on the corporate messenger Express by designing the screen forms of the application.
