Perfecting Multimedia Company's Operations Using a Recommendation System

As part of the the graduation thesis, the activity of a multimedia company was investigated. During the research, the current state of the company was described, the requirements for the recommendation system were formed and the economic efficiency of its implementation was assessed. The purpose of the final qualification work is to improve the activities of a multimedia company through the introduction of a recommendation system based on machine learning technologies. The structure of the work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and appendices. In the introduction, the relevance of the topic, the object of research, the subject of research, the purpose and objectives of this graduation thesis were determined. The first chapter was conducted from the perspective of analyzing the company's activities. The subject area under study was modeled and analyzed, existing problems were identified, and solutions for improving the company's activities were proposed. In the second chapter, the recommendation system was designed. In the third chapter of the work, an assessment of the expected economic effect of the implementation of the proposed solution was carried out. The conclusion contains the findings of the completed work. The main part of the work includes: 4 tables, 19 pictures, 4 formulas and additional materials in 5 appendices. The list of references contains 52 sources. The total volume of the final qualifying work is 97 pages.
