The subject of this visual research is comics in which the main characters are anthropomorphic animals. Thus, the study examines popular comics featuring humanoid animals, which can be divided according to special external criteria: complete and partial anthropomorphism and characters with anthropomorphic signs. The task is to track the visual language of comics and understand how the characters work within the metaphor, what is the feature and popularity of comics with anthropomorphic characters at all times.
