The present research is devoted to the study and comparison of legal mechanisms of regulation of international sale of goods contracts in the EAEU countries. The author considers, firstly, such general provisions on the contract of international sale of goods, as the concept and features of the contract, the impact of the autonomy of the will of the parties to determine the law applicable to the contract, secondly, the normative and alternative sources of legal reregulation of the international sale of goods contracts in the EAEU countries, and, thirdly, individual problems of legal regulation of the international sale of goods contracts arising in the framework of the conclusion and execution of the contract, bringing to responsibility of the parties to the contract. Based on the results of the study, the author identified the existing gaps and differences in the national legislation of the EAEU member states, and developed proposals for their elimination and harmonisation of the legal framework, which, in the author’s opinion, will contribute to the creation of a predictable and transparent legal environment within the Union and will have a positive impact on the promotion of trade between the member states, as well as increase the attractiveness of the economic space of the Union for merchants from third countries.
