This thesis is devoted to the basic theoretical issues of Interpretation of Contra Legem. The author examines different approaches to the definition of Interpretation of Contra Legem (pointing their theoretical prerequisites), describes its place in the system of types of interpretation, and analyzes the issues of its admissibility. A Balanced Model of Contra Legem Interpretation is also presented, which allows combining the requirements of justice, legality and legal certainty.
