Aspects of Legal Regulation of Advertising by Bloggers in Russia and Abroad

The subject of this study is the legal regulation of advertising by bloggers in Russia and abroad. Given the rapid development of the blogger industry and the increasing role of advertising in consumer behaviour, the issues of legal regulation of advertising by bloggers are becoming more and more important and relevant. As a result, public authorities and lawyers are paying more and more attention to this sphere, which leads to the emergence of new rules of the game. Currently, there is a lack of clear and understandable rules governing advertising on bloggers, which has led to questions and problems. The objective of this research is to study and analyse the legal aspects of advertising by bloggers in order to identify existing problems and offer recommendations for their resolution. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were performed: 1. The theoretical aspects of advertising on blogs were studied. 2. The peculiarities of the legal status of bloggers and their interaction with advertisers were analysed. 3. The legislation regulating advertising by bloggers in Russia was studied. 4. The judicial practice was analysed. 5. The main trends in the regulation of advertising by bloggers abroad were studied. 6. The potential for improvement in the legal regulation of advertising by bloggers in Russia was analysed.
