In modern realities, the issue of human well-being is the most critical. Taking care of the employee's well-being at work is one of the aspects that need to be taken into consideration to maintain and ensure the success of the organization. In today's fast-paced and competitive business environment, organizations face numerous challenges related to employee well-being. Recognizing the importance of addressing these challenges, many companies have begun to invest in employee wellbeing programs as a proactive approach to creating a healthier and more supportive work environment. This paper investigated the current level of employee wellbeing in a hotel company that expresses its desire to improve this level by focusing on increasing employee engagement and reducing employee turnover. Based on the research, a holistic employee wellbeing program was proposed for the company and recommendations for its implementation were formed to meet the company's needs.
