In the final qualifying work, the main approaches to understanding crowdsourcing in the system of state and municipal administration are considered and its forms are analyzed. In the course of the research, the author identified the problems of crowdsourcing implementation in the public legal field of the Russian Federation, and also proposed ways to solve these problems.
