As a result, two study periods were identified: 2014-2021 and 2022-2023, and key years for cooperation were found. Two types of factors of the cooperation's development have been identified and described: structural factors and factors determined by the features of the studied states, as well as their impact on bilateral relations in the energy sector are described.
