Development of the MXM Production System

This master's thesis reveals the topic of the MXM production system, methods and approaches to its diagnosis. The process of diagnosing the current state of the PS and the processes included in it of one business unit of the MXM company - the MXM-RUS1 production enterprise is described. The customer of the project is the director of the enterprise, who addressed a specific problem - the systematic failure to meet one of the key performance indicators of the plant. Based on the results of the PS diagnosis, bottlenecks were identified and root causes were found. The analysis of best practices, available resources has been carried out and solutions have been developed aimed at removing barriers to the development of PS. Some of the activities within the framework of the project solution have already been implemented. The schedule and roadmap, as well as the approach to managing changes in the project are fixed.
