A Book Rave Culture in Russia

A leather jacket is a thing that has come a long way and has become a symbol of entire generations and subcultures. Why is a leather jacket a lifestyle? In my research, I was looking for an answer to this question. I managed to immerse myself in various youth movements and understand why in the modern world many people still continue to wear worn leather jackets and associate their inner state with them. For example, today it is one of the attributes of rave culture, which I am talking about in my thesis. By researching one thing, I was able to trace the connection between different generations and subcultures and understand the way of thinking of such people. At first, American pilots wore jackets, then bikers, and then the leather jacket became a symbol of punk culture. This subculture personalized the leather jacket and showed how, at first glance, an ordinary thing can reflect the character of its owner. Based on this, it can be concluded that people belonging to some culture endow various attributes with meanings and make them an integral part of their lives.
