Digital Transformation of the Norbit Budgeting System

As part of the master's final qualification work, the activities of the company "Norbit" LLC, which provides consulting services, were investigated. During the study, a description of the current state of the enterprise was performed, the architecture of the enterprise in the target state was described, problems in the budgeting process were identified. The purpose of the final qualification work is to propose targeted design solutions for the digital transformation of this block. The structure of the work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and a list of references. In the introduction, the relevance of the topic, the object of research, the subject of research, the purpose and objectives of this final qualifying work were determined. The first chapter analyzes the scientific literature in the field of digital platforms, their classification, the use of digital platforms, and the analysis of existing methods and approaches to budgeting. Also, an analysis of the functionality of existing systems for the budgeting unit was carried out. The second chapter provides a general description of the enterprise, describes the organizational structure of the enterprise and analyzes the enterprise in its current state. The third chapter contains an analysis of the functionality of existing information systems for the budgeting block. The target models of the enterprise architecture are also described, and the implementation schedule is provided. In conclusion, the results of the work performed are presented. The main part of the work includes 7 tables and 13 figures. The list of references contains 50 sources. The total volume of the final qualifying work is 90 pages.
