The digital ecosystem is a modern business development strategy, in which companies develop multiple services from different spheres, connecting them on a single platform. Ecosystems have become a common trend in the development of major US companies, as well as many organizations from the Russian Federation, which have decided to adapt to global trends. Digital ecosystems, through the development of innovations and the creation of fundamentally new products, lay the foundation for potential business growth. The ecosystem approach allows a company to utilize synergetic effect and successfully scale not only in the national but also in the international market. This form of business requires a significant number of resources and skilled labour, as the interaction is made more complex by the number of actors and components involved. This study aims to compare the development strategies of digital ecosystems in the Russian Federation and the United States. As part of the work, qualitative and statistical analyses were conducted, and the main characteristics and trends in the development of companies were studied.
