In a continuously changing world, where technological and social changes occur with accelerated dynamics, strategic planning becomes not just an advantage, but a vital necessity for any company. This is especially true in a situation where the external business environment may change dramatically due to unforeseen events or circumstances. Kept (ex-KPMG), which has many years of experience in the Russian market, has recently faced the need for a deep transformation in response to the suddenly changed external environment. The main goal of the work is not just to adapt to the changing business environment, but to actively identify and implement innovative practices and approaches that can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of the company's services. In the course of the project, the latest trends in the audit industry will be researched, and recommendations for optimizing internal processes will be developed, as well as strategic solutions will be proposed.
