This work is devoted to the Impact of eco-labels on products on consumer choice. Conscious consumption is becoming more and more important for people. Against the backdrop of the recent COVID-19 epidemic, consumers are increasingly thinking about their own health. The paper examines various options for eco-labels, their relevance and impact on different groups of stakeholders. The dissertation also presents a study on the influence of the presence of eco-labels on consumer choice in 3 product categories: “Household chemicals”, “Soft drinks” and “Dairy products” using the example of one store of a large hypermarket format retail chain.
