The small and micro business segment is one of the most dynamically developing market segments. Many enterprises in this segment need to provide working capital for the development of their business, and factoring can be an effective solution to this problem. Optimization of processes and tools will reduce the time from the moment of initial contact with the client to the conclusion of the contract, which will increase the efficiency of the company and improve the customer experience. Sberbank Factoring LLC has developed a process optimization program for the financial product factoring for small and micro businesses. The work is aimed at studying existing and developing new approaches in the field of connecting and financing contractors for the factoring product in order to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the company in the market. The practical significance of this work lies in the introduction of new and optimization of existing tools and technologies in the field of factoring, as it will contribute to solving a number of financial and operational tasks and challenges.
