Improvement the Management System: Reducing Staff Turnover in a Commercial Bank

The problem of high staff turnover is relevant for the banking sector of Russia. The study has shown that the high level of turnover hinders the achievement of the main strategic goal of the Company, having a negative impact on the results of the organization. The purpose of the work is to develop measures to reduce staff turnover based on the diagnosis of the current state of the production system (PS). The work utilizes EFQM methodologies and SB maturity model, exit-interviews and Gallup 12. As a result, the study proposes a draft of visual PS model with key improvement projects and an integrated approach that ensure sustainability of results.
