Methodology for Assessing the Investment Attractiveness of DeFi Projects

This work is devoted to the creation of a methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of DeFi projects for a venture fund investing in Web3 startups. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter describes concepts such as blockchain, ledger, encryption mechanism, consensus algorithm, smart contract, etc. A comparative analysis of the main types of DeFi projects is carried out. The second chapter contains a SWOT analysis, describes the organizational structure of the venture fund, a business process map, and presents a business process model in BPMN notation. The third chapter describes the methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of DeFi projects. Also, within the framework of the methodology, the requirements for a system are presented that allows to increase the accuracy and speed of making decisions about investing in a startup by analyzing the tone of mentions of the project in social networks.
