The study analyzed the external and internal environments of the "Business Ethics" educational program at the Financial University, identifying factors influencing its development and main activities. Using PESTEL analysis and Porter's Five Forces model, key challenges and trends were identified. The internal environment, supported by strong academic resources and a qualified faculty, ensures high-quality education and research, although it requires adaptation to current market demands. In conclusion, the development of strategies to strengthen market positions and improve educational services is recommended, which will allow the program to adapt to changes in the external and internal environments and maintain its competitiveness.
