Improving Operational Efficiency of the Department of the Bank

The graduate qualification work is devoted to improving the efficiency of the bank's customer division. The purpose of the work is to improve the efficiency of the bank's subdivision by optimizing the process of disbursement of funds to clients within the approved credit line. The author analyzed the working processes occurring in the client division of the bank. The most significant and relevant process for change was selected. In the course of improvement work, it was decided to conduct a cultural diagnostic in the entire division. After that, a list of ways to improve the results obtained during the analysis was prepared. The resulting list of activities was also supplemented with a schedule plan specifying the exact timeframe of the project within the work of the division.
