ABSTRACT In today's rapidly developing world, Legaltech is becoming an integral part of professional legal practice. With the growing importance of technology and automation, small law firms find themselves particularly vulnerable to digitization. The purpose of this study is to identify the needs and problems faced by small law firms in the field of Legaltech, developing the concept of a service delivery model using Legaltech, taking into account their specific needs and small law firm resources. The research methodology is based on the analysis of expert materials, statistical data and the results of qualitative research (interviews with representatives of small legal businesses) conducted as part of the work. The result of the study is the development of a concept for a service delivery model for the use of Legaltech for small law firms, taking into account their specific needs, resources, as well as user response to the already existing market and economic space of Legaltech information technologies. The findings and results of the study will be useful both for legal entrepreneurs, small law firms interested in effective automation of their business processes, and for Legaltech developers who will be able to take into account the characteristics of small law firms when creating and maintaining their products.
