Designing an Employee's Personal Profile Based on the Corporate Messenger Express

This work is devoted to the study of the topic of unified communications and corporate messengers, as well as the implementation of these tools in the organizational environment. The first chapter analyzes the current trends and advantages of unified communications in the context of the corporate environment, presents the features and functionality of corporate messengers. In the second chapter, the current state of the Intact organization was analyzed, and the requirements for the introduction of a corporate messenger into the company were considered. Special attention is paid to the process of introducing corporate messengers into the organization, as well as the factors of successful use of this tool in business. In the third chapter, the architecture of the organization after the introduction of the messenger was presented, taking into account the development of an employee's personal account based on it, and the expected benefits from the implementation of the solution were considered. The novelty of the research lies in the analysis of modern technologies and methods of implementing unified communications, as well as in identifying the most effective strategies for using corporate messengers to increase the effectiveness of communications and collaboration in the organization. The work consists of an introduction, three main chapters, a list of references, including 40 sources, 5 tables, 24 figures. The total volume of the work is 76 pages.
