Financial Irregularities in the Conduct of Public Procurement in the Field of Construction and Repair Work

The purpose of this study is to analyze financial irregularities in public procurement of construction and repair works in the Russian Federation. Despite the existence of regulatory mechanisms to ensure transparency and efficiency, financial irregularities remain a serious problem. The aim of the study is to identify the main causes and mechanisms underlying these violations and to develop effective measures to prevent them. Various research methods are used, including quantitative and qualitative analysis using methods of mathematical statistics, as well as an empirical method of collecting information - observation. The expected results include a thorough analysis of financial irregularities, identification of key factors and mechanisms involved, as well as the development of recommendations to strengthen control mechanisms and prevent similar violations in the future. This research is important for increasing transparency, efficiency and accountability in public procurement. It is aimed at ensuring the effective use of budgetary resources, improving the quality of public services and preventing future cases of financial irregularities.
