Analysis and Forecasting of Employee Outflow in the Russian Financial Company

The work is devoted to the study of forecasting staff outflow in a Russian financial company. The task was set due to the fact that there is currently a shortage of candidates in the labor market. The data was examined according to the CRISP-DM standard. Machine learning classifiers were used as predictive models. After evaluating the performance of all models, a random forest model was selected. Based on her work, the results were also interpreted and the influence of employee characteristics on the prediction of their outflow was analyzed.
