The research is aimed at studying the peculiarities of the functioning of the sole executive body in a limited liability company. By virtue of civil law norms, a legal entity is an independent subject of law, acquires civil rights and assumes civil duties through its bodies. The management of the company's activities is carried out by the sole executive body, whose role in the corporation is particularly important. The powers of the sole executive body become the subject of verification of contractors in civil turnover, tax authorities, credit organizations in order to certify the legal capacity of a legal entity. At the same time, there are many possible models for the implementation of EIO functions, which have their advantages and disadvantages. At the same time, the legal regulation contains significant omissions and gaps regarding certain aspects of the activities of the sole executive body. The paper attempts a comprehensive comprehensive study of the implementation of the functions of the sole executive body in an LLC in order to systematize approaches to its essence and various forms of functioning.
