Public Legal Support for Using Electronic Communications in Cyberspace

Today the area of regulation of the electronic communication is a relevant sphere for the scientific research. The work of the legislator to distinguish the field of the electronic communication in social networks from the general regime of legal regulation of cyberspace is the confirmation of that. The scientific paper includes the analysis of the doctrinal approaches to the concept of "cyberspace", various classifications of the electronic communication, models of regulation of relations, various problems in the field of cybersecurity, regarding the use of electronic communication, as well as organizational support for the use of the electronic communications in cyberspace, jurisdictional and supervisory powers of the executive authorities of the Russian Federation in this area.
