The work 'The Strengthening of Japanese Militarization Since 2012 in the Context of China's Growing Influence in the "Indo-Pacific Region"' explores the dynamics of Japanese defense policy against the backdrop of China's increasing strategic influence. Analyzing the development of Japanese security strategy since 2012, special attention is given to changes in the strategic discourse that correlate with heightened tensions in the China-Japan relations and shifting geopolitical circumstances in the region. The study reveals the characteristics and correlations of the country's militarization, offering a new perspective on relationships in the "Indo-Pacific region". The author presents a comprehensive analysis of the main strategies and changes in the political economy that define the current and future direction of Japanese foreign policy.
