Development of a Nocode Service to Automate a Legal Function for Resolving Housing and Communal Disputes

The project is aimed at developing a nocode service for automating legal functions in the field of housing and communal disputes. The target audience of the future service is the owners/tenants of residential premises, who interact with management organizations in terms of maintenance of apartment buildings. The goal of the project is to create a comprehensive technical solution that is designed to optimize the process of resolving housing disputes, improve the quality of housing services, ensure the availability of legal assistance and reduce the time and financial costs of users. To achieve this goal, it is supposed to use the nocode platform bubble.io. It is planned to digitize the user path, develop an intuitive interface, automate the collection, processing, filling and signing of the necessary documents in a single digital space, visualization and tracking of progress at each stage of the task. The project has significant potential to improve the efficiency of management organizations, access to legal assistance and improve the quality of life of the population.
