Student: Gorodetskaya Polina

Supervisor: Veronica Kabalina

Faculty: Graduate School of Business

Educational Programme: Strategic Management and Consulting (Master)

Final Grade: 8

Year of Graduation: 2024

The purpose of the work: the formation of a well-being program for employees of LLC "SibRemontService", taking into account the organizational (social) climate of the company. Research methodology: a survey was conducted of three managers and three employees of the company about the most characteristic factors of the organizational climate for the organization, which were selected from a list compiled on the basis of an analysis of scientific publications. Next, an assessment of the welfare of employees was carried out through a questionnaire. A total of 50 observations were collected. The data was analyzed using statistical methods. Results of the work: statistical relationships between the factors of the organizational climate and the well-being of employees, as well as between socio-demographic characteristics and well-being factors, have been revealed. Organizational climate variables such as relationships in the company and recognition of employee achievements have the strongest impact on employee well-being. Among other factors of well-being, positive emotions and the presence of meaning stand out for their influence. The proposed Wellbeing program closes two problems of the company: the difficulty in finding qualified workers and the turnover of its own employees. The program includes: • Development of a mobile application in which employees will be able to educate, communicate in an informal setting and congratulate each other on achievements. • Organization of field trips, volunteer activities, sports events, concerts To attract new employees, it is necessary to broadcast about the availability of this well-being program, as well as offer new candidates to familiarize themselves with the demo version of the mobile application. As a result, the company has received a step-by-step action plan and has already begun to implement the proposed initiatives.
