Development of a Web-service for Generating Documents for RKN Preventive Compliance Assessments with the Use of Data Enrichment Services and a Chatbot

This project involves the development of a web service for automating the preparation of documents required for preventive visits by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor - RKN). The web service includes a database, a Telegram bot, a document generator, and frequently asked questions (FAQ) responses. The main components of the service are implemented in Python using the python-docx and python-telegram-bot libraries, as well as a PostgreSQL database. The database is enriched from various sources, including the DaData service, RKN regional offices' websites, and RKN preventive visit schedules. Simplify the process of passing RKN preventive visits, minimize the fear of inspections, and provide a complete set of necessary documents.
