In a globalized and volatile marketplace, effective supply chain management is a key success factor. The imposition of sanctions amplifies this challenge by affecting import chains. Companies must adapt their logistics and optimize their processes. The objective of the paper is to develop recommendations for re-engineering and improving the logistics processes of import supply chains in BMJ Logistics Ltd. The tasks include analyzing the external and internal environment of the company, studying the literature and experience of other companies, developing and justifying a set of reengineering measures, including changes in the structure, new technologies and tools, improving management and control systems, as well as formulating recommendations for the implementation of measures. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the analysis of the company and the impact of sanctions. The second chapter includes theoretical foundations of supply chain management, the essence of reengineering and literature analysis. The third chapter defines the methodology and modeling tools, proposes solutions for logistics improvement and evaluates the cost-effectiveness of the measures. The methods used include business process modeling, literature analysis and strategic profit model.
