Role of Logistics in the Delivery of Client-Oriented Service Strategy

The aim of this research is to develop strategies to enhance the level of customer focus in the logistics operations of GAZ, a prominent Russian automotive manufacturer. The study will focus on analyzing the connection between logistics and client satisfaction, as well as exploring how optimization efforts can contribute to enhanced customer experience and improved company competitiveness.The paper examines the key aspects of the logistics operations of GAZ, including its current financial and economic performance, strategic objectives, and challenges. It analyzes factors influencing the successful implementation of a customer-focused approach and provides recommendations for improving logistics support. The research methodology used includes a comparison of relevant indicators, a systematic and integrated approach, as well as the use of economic modeling techniques to assess the potential economic benefits of proposed logistics solutions. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that a professionally organized logistics system can significantly reduce costs, accelerate the turnover of goods, and improve service quality. This leads to increased customer satisfaction and overall profitability for the company. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of a detailed plan for implementing innovative logistics approaches that can be applied to the logistics structure of GAZ Group.The study offers specific recommendations and techniques for improving logistics services, which can contribute to the company's competitive advantage and growth in a market economy. The structure of the work comprises an introduction, three main sections, a conclusion, and a bibliography. Each section thoroughly examines certain aspects of the topic under investigation.
