The study will focus on analyzing the connection between logistics and client satisfaction, as well as exploring how optimization efforts can contribute to enhanced customer experience and improved company competitiveness.The paper examines the key aspects of the logistics operations of GAZ, including its current financial and economic performance, strategic objectives, and challenges. It analyzes factors influencing the successful implementation of a customer-focused approach and provides recommendations for improving logistics support. The research methodology used includes a comparison of relevant indicators, a systematic and integrated approach, as well as the use of economic modeling techniques to assess the potential economic benefits of proposed logistics solutions. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that a professionally organized logistics system can significantly reduce costs, accelerate the turnover of goods, and improve service quality.
