Development of a Project Solution for Targeting Education Services for Education Center Clients Based on Their Preferences

As part of the final qualifying work, the activities of a company providing online education services for IT and related specialties were investigated. The purpose of the work is to develop Terms of Reference for a system for targeting educational services based on an analysis of user behavior. During the work, a study was conducted of the current state of the company, current top-level marketing business processes were examined and the need for a targeting system was identified. The market for CRM systems and marketing automation systems was analyzed for the availability of ready-made solutions in order to assess the possibility of implementing a boxed solution. Based on the results of the assessment of the market for CRM systems, it was decided on the feasibility of developing our own solution, for which a Technical Specification, basic End-To-End testing scenarios based on business processes and a project plan for implementing a system for targeting were developed, and the main financial economic indicators and calculated the main risks. The goal of the work was achieved. The work consists of an introduction, three main chapters, a conclusion and a bibliography, which includes 55 sources. The total volume of work is 107 pages.
