Digitalization of the Technical Operation Function of the Exhibition Complex Using IoT Technologies

The paper considers the problem of digitalization of the technical operation function of an exhibition complex. This problem is relevant in all countries of the world, because competent management of technical operation allows to ensure smooth and safe operation of any complex, which is a key condition for the successful organization of events and attracting visitors. Digitalization makes it possible to improve the quality of technical operation while reducing its costs. The paper analyzes the current state of technical operation and the target state of operation, proposes a solution architecture for digitalization of the technical operation function of the exhibition complex with the use of IoT-technologies and evaluates the efficiency of its deployment, and develops a service level agreement.
