The relevance of the research topic is due to the increasing role of digitalization of sports in the world. The digital revolution has led to the emergence of new sports that are becoming a matter of course in the new realities of life. The use of digital technologies in the mass sports segment is expected to significantly improve the experience of participants and spectators watching sports performances. Digitalization makes it possible to transform analog data such as sound, video and photos into new formats - sports services and platforms - as well as to upgrade existing ones. Another important achievement of digitalization is improved communication between sports participants and fans. It is important for the sports segment not to lose the pace of development and to follow the new digital technologies that make life richer and more comfortable. In sports infrastructure, systematization of information plays a significant role, as well as capturing data about events and their participants. In this regard, the development of a digital platform for planning mass sports competitions is an urgent problem. The scientific significance is due to the fact that for the first time the problem of increasing the efficiency of interaction of mass sports participants in the conditions of digitalization of society is comprehensively solved. The work begins with an analysis of the digitalization of mass sports. It is followed by a detailed analysis of requirements to the digital platform and finally the economic evaluation of the digital platform implementation. The key point of the work is the development of the digital platform architecture, including all functional, information and technological aspects. The paper presents the architecture diagram, business process of service on the platform, functional and non-functional requirements for the platform. The achieved goal of the work is to create a concept of a digital platform for interaction between organizers, participants of mass starts and other stakeholders through tools aimed at providing convenience to all parties. The planned platform is expected to have a positive impact on digitalization in the sports industry.
