In the context of globalization, trading companies are interested in expanding to international markets to broaden their customer base. During the pandemic, trading companies faced the closure of retail sales outlets and significant growth in the online sales segment. According to Statista, in 2024, the international online fashion market grew by 10%, and the forecasted growth for 2025 is 12%. All of this promoted the development of their own online sales channels, as well as the growth of sales through marketplaces. Companies, which previously were exclusively oriented towards the market of the company's origin, saw an opportunity for international development. Key players faced the need to restructure established supply chains due to the need for adaptation to global logistics processes. Since 2022, Russia has faced significant restrictions from other countries and international companies. Some companies use this opportunity to gain new competitive advantages in the domestic market. Others, having achieved success in the domestic market, decide to enter the international market, also due to a large number of customers who migrated to other countries. This study is dedicated to exploring ways to improve the efficiency of logistics processes of a trading company that has decided to develop its own online sales channel in a new market with the prospect of further international expansion. The study consists of 197 pages, 59 figures, 30 tables, 3 appendices. In writing the work, 79 domestic and foreign sources were used, including market studies by international companies. Also, internal data of the focus company and open internet sources were used as sources of information. As a result of the research, a system of measures has been developed to improve the logistics processes of a trading company that has decided to develop its own international online sales channel. The implementation of the proposed measures will increase the economic efficiency of the company's activities.
