In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies have been forced to rethink their business models (BM) in order to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions. The pandemic accelerated the processes of rethinking and revising the BM, which led to the emergence of new forms of cooperation between organizations and the strengthening of old partnerships. In particular, the pharmaceutical industry is experiencing an increase in the consumption of pharmacy products, which makes this sector even more attractive for investment. Changing people's attitudes towards their health after the pandemic also contributes to the development of the pharmacy business. Overall, the pandemic has had a significant impact on the business models of companies from different industries, and these changes are likely to have long-term consequences.
