Digital Service Ecosystem Framework for Data-Driven e-Diplomacy

This paper proposal centers on the digital transformation of government service production, as rendered by consular and diplomatic missions. This study will be used as a model for adoption and the Republic of Indonesia's Embassy in Moscow and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA RI) fusing an ecosystem of digital services with an enterprise architecture powered by big data. The Research meant to act as a manual for governmental entities using digital technology and the idea of a digital ecosystem to transition their operations and services into e-government solutions, such as consular offices and diplomatic missions. Through the use of digital tools and platforms, we are citing examples to improve the functioning of diplomatic systems and government agencies. This involves adopting Big Data and digitalization trends to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in our offerings. By recognizing the particular peculiarities of government institutions and diplomatic, to meet the growing demands of our stakeholders, we can set the standard by utilizing innovative computing approaches and data technology.
