Olympus Marketing Strategy: Tactical Marketing Complex

This work is devoted to the development of tactical marketing solutions for the successful launch of a new Olympus product - the Visera Elite III visualization system - on the Russian market. The study focuses on analyzing approaches to the formation of tactical marketing solutions, taking into account the experience and current position of the company in the market. The aim of the work is to develop a marketing mix that will effectively position the product and convey its advantages to the target audience. The study includes an analysis of theoretical and empirical methods, such as studying literature, analyzing documents, practices of other companies, as well as internal documentation and training materials of Olympus. The main sources of information were scientific works of domestic and foreign authors, market and competitor data, as well as research conducted by the project team. The work is structured in the form of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion and a list of references.
