Prevention of Financial Violations During Repair and Construction Works in State (Municipal) Institutions

Financial violations during repair and construction work in state and municipal institutions pose a serious problem affecting the effective use of budgetary funds. The purpose of this study is to propose measures aimed at improving the efficiency of using budget financing and reducing the risks of financial violations. The study will allow us to examine in more detail the mechanisms underlying financial violations during repair and construction work in state (municipal) institutions. The theoretical part of the work is based on the analysis of normative legal acts and scientific literature on the topic. The empirical part includes an analysis of typical violations, judicial practice and proposals for the creation of measures to eliminate them. The results of this study will be useful to state and municipal institutions, managers responsible for the financial aspects of repair and construction work, as well as state control bodies and independent experts involved in the assessment and monitoring of processes.
