Nowadays, more and more organizations realize the importance of operational efficiency for the successful functioning of the whole company and achieving its goals. For a Software Development company, improving operational efficiency is a particularly urgent task because their work directly affects the quality and delivery time of the finished product. Therefore, this paper is dedicated to the research and development of a plan to improve the operational efficiency of software development by increasing the maturity level of the production system. The first chapter of the work "Problem, purpose and objectives of the VKR" is devoted to the study of the current state of the production system of the company, the definition of the perimeter and the object of work. The second chapter is devoted to "Diagnosis of the current state of the production system", describing the key topics for increasing the maturity level of the PS. Various approaches and techniques for assessing the maturity level of the production system are considered. The steps and activities required to improve the maturity level of the production system are identified, and plans and timelines for their implementation are developed. In the final chapter, recommendations for further development of the production system are formulated, and additional steps and activities are proposed to help improve operational efficiency and increase the maturity level of the production system. In summary, this paper is a comprehensive study and development of a plan to improve a company's operational efficiency by increasing the maturity level of the production system. The results of the work can be useful for organizations that also seek to improve their operational efficiency and achieve a high level of maturity in their production system.
