Development Strategy of Megamarket on E-Commerce Market Under Growing Competition and Sanctions

The presented work is of a practical nature. The purpose of this work is to develop a strategy for the development of the Megamarket marketplace in conditions of increasing competition and sanctions pressure. In the first chapter of the work, the theoretical foundations of the e-commerce market were considered and the structure of the market was drawn up. In the second chapter, a strategic analysis of the company’s activities and external factors was carried out. In the third chapter, a synthesis of solutions and a strategic ladder was compiled, indicating the stages of company development to achieve the strategic goal. As a result of the final work, specific practical recommendations were given for refining the company’s digital product, regional expansion and integration of financial instruments.
