Study of the Relationship Between Health Indicators and Job Satisfaction Among Russians

This work is aimed at analyzing the mutual effects of health and job satisfaction. The study includes an analysis of existing approaches to measuring these indicators, conducting primary data analysis with the selection of appropriate statistical models, evaluating models and testing hypotheses about the impact of health on job satisfaction and vice versa. The object of the study is employees who participated in the RLMS HSE surveys, and the subject is the relationship between job satisfaction and health. The novelty of the work lies in the use of a special indicator of multimorbidity to assess health, as well as in the analysis of various aspects of job satisfaction. The analysis confirmed the hypothesis that there is a negative correlation between job satisfaction and the multimorbidity.
