Structure: The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of references. Data: Total administrative data from Monitoring the Employment of Graduates, with information on employment as of February 2023 under an employment contract or civil contracts. Description: The work examines gender differences in the educational and professional trajectories of secondary vocational education graduates, and also evaluates the influence of factors on the choice of a specific development trajectory after graduation. Results: In the course of the work, the preferred development track for each gender was established and the reasons that influence the choice of development trajectory for men and women after graduation from secondary vocational education were identified.
